Notes - OBITUARY:
Charles A. McIver, 67, Springfield, died Friday, Aug. 18, 2000, in Cox Medical Center North. He was a printer for Lily Tulip for 12 years. He was a Korean and Vietnam Wars US Army and Air Force Veteran. He was of the Catholic faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Mary; eight brothers and two sisters. He is survived by his wife, Helen (Woods) McIver; and one daughter, Mary Alexander, both of Springfield; to sisters, Eileen C. Favreau, Minneapolis, Minn., and Patricia A. Cronk, Boston, Mass.; as well as several nieces and nephews. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 21, in St. Joseph Catholic Church, Springfield, with burial in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens under direction of Greenlawn Funeral Home North.
