  OBITUARY: Gary L. Dwyer, 80, passed away Monday February 18, 2019, at his residence in New Limerick. Gary was born July 29, 1938, in Selden, the second eldest child of Montie E. and Ruth (Faulkner) Dwyer. Gary was predeceased by his loving wife of 59 years, Hope (Texido) Dwyer. He is survived by his three sons and their spouses, William and Lou Ann of Houlton, Douglas and Jennifer of Florida, Joseph and Bryant of South Hampton, NY, and one grandchild, Caitlin and her husband Trafton of Florida. Gary also leaves behind two sisters, Sarah McGuire of Virginia and Mary Wiley of Houlton, as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents and wife Hope, he was predeceased by a brother Wayne and a sister Linda. There will be no services at this time with a private burial in the spring. The family wishes to thank the Dunn Funeral Home Family for their care and consideration. Donations may be made payable in Gary's memory to the Ark Animal Sanctuary or Houlton Humane Society in c/o Dunn Funeral Home 11 Park St. Houlton, ME 04730.
